With an average Building Energy Index (BEI) of 65 kWh/m² per year, which has a savings around 2,029 MWh/year or equivalent to an avoidance of 1,388 metric tonnes of yearly CO² emissions, the Diamond Building is one of the most environmentally sustainable buildings in Malaysia.
